I Battle With Depression and Anxiety

Today is one of those days where it feels crushing, like all the weight of everything is pushing me down, trying to break me. Having depression and anxiety is bad enough, but add to that all the other things going on in my life, and it just increases my anxiety:-(

Hi, try to exercise if you can ....make yourself no matter how tired you are and you will feel better. I tend to be depressed too, but strenuous exercise helps me a great deal. I hope you feel better...

@SW-User thank you. My daughter and her bf recently moved out, and we've started converting their room into a gym, so I am working on that. I know when I was working out regularly it definitely helped.

I totally get wat u mean...like when i'm havin a bad tym, I feel lyk a dead person..ik it's hard...bt stay strong babe💜

I hope things get better for you... it's not a nice feeling the way you feel. I'm sure you've tried all sorts of things to get through it. Distraction is great. Just hard to start something to distract you is a drag.. but once you get started you might feel some relief. Even when you start in the gym. You're not alone 😊
