I Will Face The Depths Of Your Depression With You

Hi my beautiful peoples :)
I have a channel on YouTube in which I discuss MentalHealth in hopes to shed light to the world the other side of Depression and to break the stigma & discrimination around mental health. Please feel free to have a look (No obligations & not asking for likes or subscribing) My intent is purely to let others know that there is nothing wrong with us as I've had so much negativity in regards to my situation which prevented me from seeking help. And to inspire others to let them know that they are not alone.
It's the first time I voiced my story and it released a lot of emotions that was trapped inside my heart xx

First of all, you admitting that is inspiring alone :) and you should be proud of yourself. I hope it does help, it will hopefully stop the negative nature regarding depression etc xx @SW-User

@Trainedheart it's been going on for a few years, because of it I went through some drug addictions (cocaine/heroin) mainly. And my depression nearly killed me more than once last year..

Drugs are the very thing that takes us away from reality. Except it's also the poison that drags out the unwanted shit when reality returns and the high wears off. Depression is waking up in hell. And it also nearly killed me .... That's why I created my channel.... because depression holds a key which unlocks our true power - ;)

@Trainedheart I just watched it. Very mind blowing. It's given me a new outlook. I know what you mean when you said that while you are broken behind the mask, you can see who else is broken and hiding it too. That's so true. You have a new subscriber lol.
