I have a channel on YouTube in which I discuss MentalHealth in hopes to shed light to the world the other side of Depression and to break the stigma & discrimination around mental health. Please feel free to have a look (No obligations & not asking for likes or subscribing) My intent is purely to let others know that there is nothing wrong with us as I've had so much negativity in regards to my situation which prevented me from seeking help. And to inspire others to let them know that they are not alone.
