I don't think I should be marrying soon...

I can't even tell my family about my bipolar disorder 2, how could I tell someone I could potentially break up with?

No.

This is a big no.

Plus, I have so many issues that resurface whenever I'm neutral or worse depressed.

I went to therapy when I was hypomanic (before the diagnosis) to solve them, but the therapist after 05 sessions said you need no more, you're good to go with the conclusion that I should listen to my body more in order not to burnout. And she was satisfied about how I dealt with the other issues.

So, if my insecurities and issues are soothed and well dealt with and empathized with when I'm hypomaniac, and only resurface when I'm depressed or neutral... how am I supposed to live with someone and have kids with them? How will I raise them? How can I have me as a mother? 💔

God, I can't even think about it...
Actually, I'm overthinking about it. I pray things will be alright.

Okay. I found what you needed to look into. These are the very best. My daughter knows a person that was way beyond control with bipolar and he went to the doctor and got this once a month and it turned his life around 100% and everybody could see the difference. It was like he went from darkness to light. Changed his whole life for the better and I hope this will help you too. You only have to get a shot once a month and it takes care of the month. It is well worth it. Here's the info:

The once-monthly injection for bipolar disorder is typically Abilify Maintena (aripiprazole). It's an extended-release injectable antipsychotic medication used for the maintenance treatment of bipolar disorder in adults.

@LadyGrace This medication works for bipolar 1 more than 2.
It stops the manic episodes.

I am not having them... I am neutral going to depression so Im on a mood stabilizer atm. I cant have antipsychotics cause it will make the depression worse.

Thank you for your suggestion though, I really appreciate it. ❤
@Friendlyperson I sure hope that mood stabilizer helps you. Does it seem to be helping? How long have you taken it so far? It sounds like it would be a great help and I hope it will be. Have you tried anything like Escitalopram? It is a combination pill for both depression and anxiety.

@LadyGrace I have taken it for 15days only. The effects start at 06 weeks.

I have been prescribed escitalopram once the the depression hits on. Doctor decided it is not there yet so I'm not taking it yet.
@Friendlyperson I'm excited that you are taking something at least to help and I believe it will. I'm so glad for you. You deserve the best you're so sweet.
