7th day... mood tracking is making me notice stuff.

6th day I had a 24h shift, couldn't post anything.

I only slept two hours (on the desk at 2am) as I was writing the reports. It is too exhausting. I only had time to eat the mini sandwich I had for lunch at 8pm lol.

I noticed a few things however: when things are hectic but I know what to do: I do them real quick and know how disparse my energy to get things done.

When I am incertain and not confident in what I'm doing, my energy drops immediately and start overthinking plenty.

I think my behavior is all about my self confidence and focus. Which I'm slowly starting to lose due to my MH issue.

I pray I won't make too many mistakes or too much lapses of judgement because of this.

How are you surviving that many 24 hour shifts? Who does that?

@Gibbon All of us in my field.
Sometimes we do it for 36hours... with no eyebat.
It is just normal to us to do it 4-5 times a month (after the shift you sleep that day you leave the hospital and then you work next day like nothing happened) until it is not so normal anymore and we burnout... like I am now.
