If you're bipolar you notice a sudden switch between a happy energetic state and a low depressed (sometimes suicidal) state without any specific trigger.
There's Bipolar 1 and 2 and one is severe and one is moderate.
If you however notice that there is an apparent trigger causing these switches, it might be PTSD rather than bipolar.

@Queendragonfly its very mild of what bipolar is described as. Not so much ptsd.

@SW-User It depends how you mean with mild. How does your symptoms look?

@Queendragonfly id have days where i have a ton of energy and the next id have no energy and sad.
Sometimes at work id be very clear headed.. super productive and then the next.. id have brain fog and cant remember how to do certain complex things.
I find myself beating myself up over not performing to certsin standards
These events happen rarely. But enough for me to notice. 99% of my day to day are good days.

@SW-User And the sadness isn't associated to something? Something you thought of or dreamt of or saw etc?
It sounds like mental exhaustion that you get brain fog after working hard a while.

@Queendragonfly no association. Just sadness and the feeling to run away and leave the life of materialism.

@Queendragonfly That's quite a common escape fantasy. I have had it millions of times too.

@SW-User I'm no doctor but I don't see this as bipolar symptoms. Not even the moderate type.
