Anybody got any tips on how to deal with a bipolar,m/schizophrenic person?
I think we have a family member who’s like that 🤷🏻♂️

Take it as it comes, treat them like any other person, walk away when they have an episode. That's the best I can offer. I'd suggest professional help, but that doesn't always solve the issue. My niece shows signs of Bipolar disorder and it's a lot, but what can you do besides let them know you're here for them and let them gather themselves. Have patience and try to learn more about what they're going through. Patience and understanding is necessary. There isn't much you can do. A bipolar person is just going to be that way. They can improve, but in my opinion it's not going away.

@IamBack Yeah, I know what you mean! It's definitely a rough road to be on. It does sound like you care and trying to help them at least. Also, knowing what may trigger their episodes can help as well. So, observe and see what are some things that get them in this mood and maybe once you learn that, you can try to keep those things from happening . I mean it won't work all the time necessarily, but it's worth a try.
