They had a great time

So Joel, my buddy and the boys had a great time at the game. It was a good one too. And I got the best recap from the tiny tornado. This recap was almost longer than the game it's self. It was almost like I was there.

We won 11-2 and the new kid got a hit.

Was I sad I missed it. Nope, because I got to watch the game at home with my baby girl. We had nachos, we had s'mores and we chilled in a over sized beanbag chair.

She needed a day to chill and relax. She needed some calm and quiet. And she needed me to be there for her. There is no place id rather be. I am so proud that she is able to tell me when she's having a bad day. That she was getting to that point of knowing her limits and what she needs. I'm sure she wanted to go to the game. But she made the right choice.
