Adhd with plantar fasciitis.

I don’t think it will ever heal because I’m too doughy in my foot during those bursts of energy.

Have you been to a podiatrist to have your feet & way you walk/what you wear and spend time on your feet looked at and x-rayed & MRI-imaged?

Owww I just got over plantar fasciitis not too long ago. That's no fun at all. :/

@thepreposterouspanda mine started after pregnancy. I’m glad yours is cleared up!

@Jstbanannas1991 Thank you, me too! I still have some other foot issues and some of them are permanent but I'm still chugging along. :)

I hope yours clears up soon too! It's such a painful thing. 😕

You can help it a lot with stretches.

while sitting on your bed with feet on the floor, stand up only on your toes, so as the back of your heel is pointing to the roof, hold it for 5 sec. Repeat 5 times every morning.

It works but takes months
