Adhd with plantar fasciitis.
I don’t think it will ever heal because I’m too doughy in my foot during those bursts of energy.

@Jstbanannas1991 A few months. 😕 I think mine was stemming from issues with my hip, oddly enough.

@Jstbanannas1991 Thank you, me too! I still have some other foot issues and some of them are permanent but I'm still chugging along. :)
