If you become manic, may I ask if you also have periods of deep depression? Swinging back between one state and the other over a period of time?

@riseofthemachine Well, if YOU were to experience extreme manic episodes, where you just can't slow down or just can't stop doing something and if it lasts for a day or a week or more...and then you were to swing over into a deep depression where you had trouble functioning or getting out of bed, then I might be tempted to say you were bi-polar. But only a mental health professional could tell you for sure.
