I guess the dementia is progressing faster than I thought.

My wife just woke from a nap and didn’t recognize me for a bit. And wanted to know who else lives in this house. At least she recognized me now but unsure of where she is until she walks around and things become familiar.

My grandmother had difficulties. It is sad, after so many years. Wish I had an answer to help, stimulating recognition of her life is my best thought.
