Awake around the clock ⏰

I need good advice about getting a good sleep pattern. I used to look so fresh and alive now all I see are dark circles. I hope they go away. I sleep from 7pm till 1or 2 am then again from about 10am till 5 pm Im awake most of the night. I cant seem to reverse it
I cant take sleeping tablets as they dont agree with me. My life is suffering badly as Im rarely going out.

I cant use lavender oil either.

Start with 15 minute increments example stay up until 7:15 and wake yourself up at 2:15 and then 7:30 to 2:30 and so on and so forth until you wake up around the time you want to and limit yourself to twenty to ten minute naps.

@Lostpoet Thsnk you. As soon as i sit down I fall asleep without realising. Im physically exhausted. I dont know if ilts lack of b12 the Gp is usless. Ill try setting the alarm to get up after the 20 min naps. Ive tried this before but my body is to exhausted. Ill keep trying
