Awake around the clock ⏰

I need good advice about getting a good sleep pattern. I used to look so fresh and alive now all I see are dark circles. I hope they go away. I sleep from 7pm till 1or 2 am then again from about 10am till 5 pm Im awake most of the night. I cant seem to reverse it
I cant take sleeping tablets as they dont agree with me. My life is suffering badly as Im rarely going out.

I cant use lavender oil either.

@OogieBoogie I know I have a health issue where i need to sleep but my point is im sleeping at the wrong times and have little room for day time stuff and I still feel tired all the time. Just the other day i was awake for 17 hrs
@CuTiePi oh...ok.

Ummm🤔...i dont know if this could be information you could use but, its about changing sleep times : you do it gradually.

Like, in small increments, slowly bringing your times of sleep closer to your ideal.
This way you don't stress your body out.

I also know that exposure early morning sunlight is important - it helps set circadian rhythms.

And vitamin d.
Not normal dosages...bigger ones.

Vitamin d is strongly connected to the immune system, which in turn is connected to inflamation.

But to absorb it correctly you need to take zinc, magnesium and vit k2 as well.

Im no specialist or doctor, but Ive been researching nutrition and health hacks for about 3 years to overcome adrenal fatigue, depression, immune probelms and exteme tiredness.

Ive found it extremely beneficial. Reducing carbs and processed food is a biggie for inflammation too.

I wish i had more nutrition specific stuff i could give you 🤷‍♀

@OogieBoogie Thanks this is excellent i am deficient in b12 also vit D I get b12 injections every 3 months but dont feel its sufficient.
The GP wont give me it more frequently. Im permently tired.. i will try the vitamins you have sugested and the magnesium also. I crave carbs. Its all begining to make sense. Thank you so much for taking the time to text all this.
@CuTiePi no problem at all.
It's awful when the system makes finding solutions so hard.

To be specific its Vitamin d 3. Some times you can find pre mixed bottled of mag/vt. d3 and k2.

But honestly - vit. D drom sunlight just can't be substituted.

I find most of my info on youtube. Theres a lot of info coming out now about mitochondria (the bacteria in our gut that releases energy), nutrition and such.

All i can say is search around YouTube, put on a podcast while youre resting....its a start.
Sometimes other stuff comes up in the feed that is connected, or related and listen to enough of them and you get a feel for which direction you feel might help you.

Im off all meds now, but still searching for fixes and improvements.
But its made a world of diffence for me....esp my head space.

Just keep in mind that you gotta do it for a few weeks , (it takes time for nutrition to start working.

Also ....suppliments work better with good diet. Vitamin d is an insoluble vitamin so make sure you have food with fat/oil in it , before you take the vitamins coz then your body will absorb them better.

Yeah, carbs although they give energy - its short term energy that burns bright, but fast .....hence why you crave it.

Protiens and fats burn slower..... but are long lasting energy and help you avoid crashes.

Like i said....i been looking this shit up for years, and although my diet isnt perfect....i now make sure i get my fats and protien each day. It sounds silly, but ive even been too busy to eat....but ill chug a mouthful of olive oil , jist yo make sure i get good daily fats.

Brains are literally 50% made of fat. Its one of the most important things we should be eating.

Ill stop now.
But really, i listen to all this shit as i lie in bed. Sometimes i fall alseep, sonetimes i dont.
But its something useful to do when youre tired - you learn stuffs😅

Good luck.
