What is your natural sleep cycle?

If I’m left to my own, I will stay up past midnight and sleep until 10am or so.

I'd stay awake 22 hours a day then sleep 10 hours.

@Ambersky I got used to working double shifts. 🤷‍♂ At least they allowed a minimum of 12 hours between doing double shifts. It's when I'm supposed to be back in 8 hours I just found a quiet corner at work and slept.
