Listening to stories to go to sleep is all well and good if it works

....but you never hear how it turns out!😫
Which bugs me in the morning 😒

I Have a continously changing playlist of scary creepy stories to lull me to sleep. Lately its been David Paulides missing 411. If those get boring or occasionally for a change of pace I'll listen to Air traffic control radio. Or the fire department and police radio frequencies. Can find some from pretty busy airports and cities.
@icedsky really?
I never would have considered these things relaxing.

Ain't it odd what lulls us to sleep.

@OogieBoogie I agree. Definitely not what you would expect. But works great for me. Barely audible so it is almost like white noise. There is a few Youtube channels out there that are just an 8 hour loop of various machinery or engines running. Aircraft engines droning. Those work for me too.
@icedsky YouTube is a wonderful source for such things. I dont know what id do with out it.

@AngelUnforgiven Beyond creepy has some good stuff too. And a guy out of Canada named Hammerson Peters has some good stories as well. More oriented to Canadian Legends and The First Nations myths. Pacific Northwest stuff.
