How many hours a day are you actually awake?

due to pills i'm at most 4 hours truly awake and the other asleep or half asleep

@popmol I've been trying for a while now. It hasn't been easy. I get nervous when I am in a doctor's office so my tics get bad so they get annoyed or uneasy and rush me out of there
