Observations on Sleep Patterns

-Sometimes, there are moments where one intends to have a 10-15 minute power nap, then upon waking up, it turns out 4-6 hours has elapsed.

-Sometimes, there are instances where one has many things planned for the following day, so one intends to get a good sleep in order to be rested and ready for the day ahead, but no matter what they do, they can't get to sleep and as a result, they end up tossing and turning restlessly in bed.

-Sometimes there are instances where one intends to have a generally recommended 8 hour sleep but then when they wake up it turns out they only slept for 4 hours.

-And sometimes there are instances where one feels as though they want to have a nap, but need to stay awake.
