I go to sleep really quickly. It is staying awake that is the problem.

I like to stay awake as long as I can … sleeplessness though, tires me sometimes …

that tortured they made at me in my teen and damaged my brain cell

Not having accomplished enough yet. I know there's always tomorrow, but that will be there if I search some more for friends today as well and I find it hard to officially move another day into the past equally lonely as it started.

I come home pretty wired - work and a long commute. So, I love to chill outside on the deck by the pool. The calmness at the end is the best part of the day. I want to be up for that.

NOT earthquakes, thunderstorms, lightning, lights or cold.

Heat, humidity, the cat or dog or my Ex!

I have trouble turning my brain off, it never stops and worrying about the kids and grandkids

Anxiety over my terminal cardiopulmonary disease, a particular one that others that have what I have normally that we die in our sleep, sometimes the panic pill takes longer to kick in than it does other nights, I take it when I wake up, one halfway through my day, and another one hour before bed.
