Which sleep position helps you fall asleep the fastest?

Sometimes I sleepy on my side, but if I wanna fall asleep super quick I just lie down on my belly and I knock out. It’s the best.

I have to sleep the exact same way every night:
On my back
Blanket pulled up to my chest, just above my nipples
Pillow over my eyes
Right arm on top of the pillow kinda over my forehead
Left one at my side
And then I don’t move a muscle all night

@Lilymoon It’s how I’ve always been
My parents used to leave a bright light on that shined into my room so I’d cover my eyes with the pillow when I was little so that’s how I’ve always slept

@Lilymoon I don't get it, they'll let the diaper gang run around here unsupervised but we can't give a little nudge to see if they move 🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️ this was probably hidden too because nudge is a no no word 🙄
