Zombie day after back to back nightshifts with little sleep

Did two back to back nightshifts over the last two nights. Hardly slept during the day. Get home this morning and I'm a complete zombie stuck between being majorly tired and my body telling me it's daytime and I'm not supposed to sleep. Thankfully I have today and tomorrow off with another nightshift Monday.

Freight train train crew rosters are unlike anything else I've ever come across that's called 'shiftwork' and I've been doing it for over 30 years. Never actually get used to it!
