How many hours do you sleep per night?

We did a study and lots of different results depending on job, lifestyle etc.
I tend to sleep about 8 - 9 hours each night.

That's pretty good. I usually manage 7, in sections. Daughter can sometimes sleep for 12 hours uninterrupted towards the end of the school week, curse her!
