Sleep messed up

I’m like going to bed at 8am and waking up at 10pm and it’s getting exhausting and I can’t make it through a full 48hrs to reset my sleep because I’ll start to just shutdown, like my hearing cuts in and out I get micro sleep it’s a mess

If you go to sleep at 8 am, then the easiest way to fix it is going backwards 1 hour a day. within 5 days you'll be like any other teen out there. What's more difficult to fix is that you sleep for 14 hours a day. What the actual fuck?
