I don't understand what's up with my sleep schedule

I'll sleep for like 5 hours lately, need to nap for an hour or two after being awake for a few hours, then not be tired for another like 18 hours. Idk how that's even possible
That's the same thing that was happening to me. I am trying to go to bed while it's still dark and get at least hours sleep. I wake up for 3 hours, take a nap for 2 or three hours and my body thinks it has had 8 hours sleep and it's ready to ROLL! 馃ぃ

@4meAndyou I work at the most dysfunctional hours, maybe thats why tbh lol
@Rolexeo You might want to look into wearing a sleeping mask if you are trying to sleep during the day. I used to work nights and sleep during the day, and I haven't been the same since...馃ぃ

@4meAndyou I sleep like a baby during the day. Night is usually the problem, so weird lol
