How many hours of sleep do you normally get in a day ?
I feel like I get 3/4 .. and I’m okay with that but my eyes burn throughout the day..

You get more than that. Given your age and bodies need for sleep, you’d know if you were only getting three or four hours a night. You’d probably be under doctors care.
