Idk if I got enough sleep last night.
I didn't check what time is it. Idk how long I slept but my muscles is not hurting anymore. Maybe one more hour

I know I didn’t. I cook dinner & eat & then go sit in my recliner chair browsing the internet and fall asleep. Wake up about 11:30 p.m. and get up and clean the kitchen. Can’t sleep so I get on the internet etc. Went to bed about 3 a.m. and got up at 7:00. Getting too old for this crap. Might take a nap this afternoon.
