How much sleep did you get last night?

I tried to sleep again in the morning, but I woke after an hour with sorta a nightmare, and now I have panic attack symptoms. I thought I got over that phase :/

Zero hours. Slept for 2.5 hours in the morning. Now back to work.

6 hours at least

You all need more practice sleeping 😴

Now about to leave for some meetings

8 hours after 3 nites of insomnia...it was nice!
