I Have a Messed Up Sleep Schedule

I have been working a rotating shift schedule for 40 years and one month now. It's a 5 week rotation and in the beginning it was 8 hour shifts. About 20 years ago we went to a 12 hour schedule which gives more days off, but when you're working, you're working. How's this for a schedule: 3 nights, 2 off, 3 days, 2 off, 2 days, 5 1/2 off, 4 nights, 24 hours off, then 2 days. The fifth week is 4 eights or coverage, up to 36 hours. How's that for a sleep schedule?
