I Have a Messed Up Sleep Schedule

I sleep less nowadays. idk y. I wish I can sleep better as I used to. I value my sleep more than anything.

I'm exactly the same it's a nightmare sleep is the most important thing to me and I barely sleep and when I do it's random times during the day normally

This only started recently, I have a test in 2 days I wanna be fresh that day. idk if i will be.

Yeah mine started about 9 months ago and I'm so drained from barley any sleep it's exhausting. Good luck for your test and if you can't sleep just try to relax and close your eyes

same here tired and weak. Have u took sleeping pills?
yea that is what i do most of the times

Yeah I have tried sleeping pills but they don't help me sleep I just feel light headed and more weak and tired so wasn't worth it :-(

Try melatonin. Start with 3mg and if you need to you can go up to 10mg safely. It's all natural.
