Why would a toxic woman say such things?

Why would a toxic woman keep saying things like "your house looks beautiful..like you" , OR "Your card looks beautiful..like you" , OR "Your greeting card is sooo beautifully made. Like you". She writes such things very frequently, knowing I avoid her and don't like her. Why would a toxic woman keep adding the words "like you" whenever she calls something beautiful?
P.s. She has shown a number of signs of jealousy too. Yet why would she write like this?
