Is cross-dressing a mental health disorder?

Don't go looking this up on some Psychology website. Just give me your opinion, I don't want facts. I want your honest opinions

I wouldn't call it a mental disorder, but I think of it more as an addiction, like porn. We know we shouldn't, but we like it and do it anyway.

@Guardian An addiction is something that has a detrimental effect simply by virtue of being what it is. A hallmark of addiction is clinical failure across domains.

Cross-dressing and drag are hobbies, jobs, passiones, instincts and proclivities, but they're not harmful.
@Graylight He asked for my opinion, NOT facts.

@Guardian I can ask you about the floating properties of rocks. That doesn't mean an opinion on it matters.
@Graylight I refer you back to [@HumaEarth]'s question: "Just give me your opinion, I don't want facts. I want your honest opinions"

That's exactly what I wanted. I wanted a person opinion. I wanted their view point. Not a view point or opinion from someone else.

Granted me and Guardian are friends. He knows an awful lot about me like a close friend would and I respect his opinion to give to me straight without sugar coating it.
@HumanEarth Thanks, Bud!
