What is your biggest random fear?

i have an irrational fear of my belly button like untying and my organs falling out 😅😅

To be honest, it’s being laughed at in social situations/public. It’s happened several times, I’m not sure whether this caused the fear or the fear made me nervous and then I did stupid things.

I had a horrible doll fear for many years. My friends had to hide away their dolls when I came on visit etc. An ex scared me with one and I reacted with kicking him in the nuts. He fell down and never scared me with a doll again.

But I came over it randomly one day. Or it was replaced with a new fear. Fall fear.

Having to hold a frog.
Zero idea why.
Not the sight of frogs or being around frogs, just holding one makes me get weird like a cartoon chick who’s seen a mouse.

Rural places freak me out. I feel isolated, helpless if I should need help, and very uncomfortable.

Being alone

How is that fear not common? I hear it everywhere from anyone.
