Well, I am 61 and it is the measures I take that keep my looks, you do not have to just let yourself go and to fall apart! Right

I just realized this was posted under "Mental Health", not to be a rude person I will alter my reply to I have sought out counseling for my PTSD and anxiety, and I maintain that treatment as well ever since I started. So, I would say that helps tremendously to loosen the stress of aging for me as well.
