Nice calm night

Taking a much needed mental health day today.

Sissy had her cello lessons and TT and Link is doing wonderful. He's playing Mario kart with his friends from school.

I've been feeling a bit overwhelmed today.

Listen to Frank Sinatra by the fireplace having a cigar is helping.

We ALL need those sorts of days now and then...and YOU have had a hell of a lot going on...your nose and skull aren't even healed yet, and you've been going through all that trauma with Link and Joel.

Now you've made it out to the other side. A period of quiet reflection was required.

I feel better today. I needed a day like yesterday. Thank goodness I have an amazing support team. A few years ago I probably couldn't have handle the day like yesterday.
