We’re gonna have to miss Pink Floyd in IMAX today

I planned to go see Pink Floyd Live at Pompeii in theaters with my man today, but his mental health isn’t well right now and I’m not comfortable dragging him out somewhere that might not be good for him (to a film he might not even like). He said we can still go. I think he feels bad, but I’ll feel worse if he slumps hard because of me. Sure it’s a bummer since this is the last day it’ll be playing in theaters, but you know, shit happens and today just isn’t a good day for it. I’m not upset with him at all, of course not. I know what I signed up for with his mental illness and there are simply going to be times like this. I accept it and just want him to be okay. Looking after his well-being overrides any plans we might make.
