Yesterday's struggle could of been avoided

Man, I haven't had a day like this in a long time. My tics and outburst where so bad I worked from home. My head was pounding and my heart was racing.I even missed the kids volleyball games. Thankfully Star was available to help Joel. They even did a video call so I could watch. My night didn't get much better I was worried the neighbors might call the police on me. Nights like this in thankful for Joel and Star.

So this morning I get up and go to take my meds and then it hits me, I forgot to take my meds yesterday. I'm so pissed off at myself. It never occurred to me to check to see if I took them.
