It might not seem like much, but this journey is kinda a big deal to me...

Newish to my second run on here (was here for the old EP days)
I would say as someone who hates meds that the ADD stuff has helped me a huge amount.
I was always a wreck from lack of focus and emotional ....lack of control?
I sitll am emotionally over sensitive at times but the meds do rein it in quite a bit.

I am only somewhat pissed that i went 56 years before learning all this. I hope you do well in the future!
