I am mentally happy and just resting and recouping a little today. Having had 12 major surgeries from sports and my military career and busting up and moving 80,000 pounds of concrete block and concrete slabs the last month from a friend's house reconstruction to my farm and filling in serious erosion problems. I am extremely physically beat, but mentally happy as can be. The upside is I have lost 10 pounds of unwanted body fat and filled in seriously erosion issues.

So mentally very well, physically beat but happy about it.

Honestly, I feel lonely today thinking about my wife. On the plus side; I managed to use the abundance of solar energy to fry bedding and pressure wash the plastic outdoor carpets.

Well, I have slept an hour after nights. Napped a bit at work though. Just sitting around, watching my soap. Taking it easy. Will go to bed early. Taking my dogs for a walk when the sun gets lower towards night. Next two days and nights off work. That will be great.

…but that response is my go-to 🥺

I’m feeling more sleepy than I’d like, but I’m excited for the day. Been the longest week ever so eager to put a bow on it.

I'm on my porch, just finished with the watering of all the gorgeous flowers...that I've had since April. I feel blessed, happy to slow down..I ain't no spring chick...😎 looking forward to a new season. Where Mother Nature puts on her Autumn color show.
So...yeah... I have a peaceful easy feeling today. ❤✌

I'm fine, for real this time. It's been a productive day with packing for a vacation, almost done. Only a few items I still need tonight and tomorrow morning left. And I'm kinda looking forward to the trip, despite it going to be physically and mentally exhausting.

Eating cantaloupe and very content even though I have constant pain in my right arm and shoulder.

Tired, in a bit of pain but not too bad. Ran out of one of my heart medicines and a refill won't be ready until tonight, so I'm taking it easy. Just playing on computer, working on a drawing, got a hot water bottle on my back.

Doing well as I have been in Japan for 24 days, and missed going to Mt Fuji due to a typhoon but safe, only problem so far I lost my reading glasses

Work the heck out but I'm chugging through.

Irritated that the spinal clinic I was looking at getting help through ended up being under several class action lawsuits and being investigated by an agency or two. 😮‍💨

Tired, dehydrated, eager to end this week

Truthfully I am tired and exhausted! My wife had cancer surgery yesterday. We had to get up at 3 am to be there by 5 am. The surgery went better than expected. I stayed with her all day after she woke up. I didn't get home until 10:30 last night. Because the surgery went so well they released her at noon. We are finally home. We were originally told she would be in the hospital for 4 days so the refrigerator is empty. I had planned on staying the days with her. So we don't have much for dinner tonight. That means I either have to get dinner out or go grocery shopping. I don't want to go grocery shopping. I am exhausted! I want a nap! 😴😴😴
