Do you take sleeping pills?

I'm considering taking those. I don't sleep well or as much as I want. I would like to take a pill and sleep for a good amount of time

I was given sleeping pills once by my doctor.
I elicited a seizure whilst I was at work. Smashed my face up a bit and was take to hospital.
That was 8 years ago?
Never tried them again.
