That鈥檚 terrible. The brains do not listen and I feel all the time the same. It鈥檚 hard to control it, but I heard meditation helps but I am not matured yet to consider or focus on that. Inner Peace helps that鈥檚 what I heard.
Distractions, ideally healthy ones, are probably your best bet for getting some relief.
