When it feels like the world is on fire how do you cope?

I really try to.ignore that world because there's nothing I can do about it....I can't control what others do ..i can only control what I do in my own little world

Try to find the positive things in my life and concentrate on that

I just keep walking through it and hope the burns won’t be too bad.

I try to appreciate that the fire is temporary. It may leave scars but it won't last forever. In the meantime, just have to shield yourself from the flames.

I’m learning new ways to cope. I used to call my mother and she could always find something funny or absurd about the situation so I’d laugh and feel better. I’m trying to find those perspectives now.
