If narcissism is a mental illness, can they help the way they behave or dont know they why they are doing it?

That's the whole point. They know exactly what they are doing and even plan how they'll control and manipulate. They "groom" their victims until they have complete control, and very cunningly.

@JosephtheEmpath i call it selfishness, i dont see adhd or any of those stereotypes as a mental illness, more of a lack of self obedience.

i am no expert in this field but i think they have no ctrol . they have to idea what they are saying there brain sends messages and they act on it unknowingly 🤷‍♂️[josephtheempath]
