Drink strong valerian tea. It will knock you out

@SW-User I do love tea, I will need to try that tonight. I’ll need to make a point to remember, for some reason I’ve been getting confused lately when the sun goes down

But right before bed@Namesaresohard not in the morning or before driving. It knocked me out...next morning I forgot where i was when i woke up. It has to be strong brew tho. Weak or light tea will do nothing

@SW-User I think I’ll pick some up on my way home later, thank for the advice! 🙂

Take a deep breathe. It's cleansing and focuses us. When anxiety is too much is the little hours, I find it's better to simply get up and put my relentless mind to work on even menial tasks. Don't worry about sleep patterns too much; when you're tired enough, you will sleep and if it's a larger problem there are non-addictive, mild sleep agents available by scrip.

Do yourselves and research the following term: Setting healthy boundaries. I think you might find gaining some skills will help you a lot.

If we don't draw lines in our lives to protect our mental health, our peace and out own time, we can be assured no one else will draw them for us. We teach others how to treat us. Be true to yourself and then show others in your life how to best respect that.

People see qualities in you that you don't see in yourself. I can relate to some of what you wrote in your post. I hope you have a peaceful night soon

@Lilliesandlight Thank you. Normally I can focus and move past feelings like this, but lately it’s become really hard to see past the self doubt
That's such a bad feeling.
I hope you find the peace you need to get some restful sleep.
