You need to buy one of those keychain alarms...the sort that makes an incredibly loud noise and flashes incredibly bright lights when you press a button, and wear it on a chain round your neck.

If you see him out when you are about to leave pretend to be on your phone he will be less likely to approach you if he thinks you are on a call. Also press record on your phone so if he says things that make you feel uncomfortable etc you have voice recordings as proof for future if needed
