Forcin yourself to be somethin you ain't wired for is just fixin to bring you a whole mess of awkward later on. You might feel like you're ridin high in the saddle for a minute, only to go full crash-and-burn down the road.Now, havin said that, you can always just wing it. Take it one day at a time, brother. That is, only if you're actually lookin to make a change otherwise, just keep on keepin on. From my own time out on the road, dealin with a whole stampede of folks around you constantly? Man, I can tell you straight up, that shit is plum drainin.

Even funny and well-liked people aren't funny to/liked by everybody. For some of us it's just a matter of finding people that get it, which can be really difficult, especially if you don't have the means to go out and meet people or are ND like you said.

Maybe more accepted would be nice

I'm far from neurotypical. I have moments where my sense of humour comes across clumsy and awkward but I kinda lean into it. Being awkward doesn't innately make you disliked
