Lots of sleep
Plenty of water
At least one 18 hour fast

You won’t supplement your way out of it, but you’ll definitely shorten the time that you’re sick by quite a bit

@XxBlahxX the body self heals if you give it what it needs. Try to also figure out if you have a flu or a cold . Some people interchange the names.

Lots of fluids, tea, water... And there might be a prescription med for the flu. I think Tamaflu? I think it helps. But extra rest too . Feel better 🪻

Unless you are pregnant, this is a good cold and flu rub

15 drops Tea tree essential oil
10 drops Eucalyptus oil
5 drops Peppermint oil
30ml carrier oil such as fractionated coconut

Rub it on your chest. It's better than vicks 😷
