My allergies only used to bother me about once every third year really bad.
Don't ask how I found out but if I ate green beans once a year my allergies didn't bother me.
Eat your green beans.

@cherokeepatti that is truly interesting.
The only reason that I found the thing with the green beans, if it isn't just psychosomatic, was one year my allergies were killing me. My nose wouldn't stop running and my eyes were so itchy and full of this green pus. It was so thick that I had to take it out of my eye with a piece of toilet paper.
We went to a cookout and someone made green bean casserole. I hadn't had it in years.
The next day my nose wasn't running and my eyes weren't full of pus. The only thing I could think of is it had to be the green beans.
A few years later the same thing started happening and I ate the green bean casserole again. It worked.
It is funny how that stuff can work. People say listen to your body. If I did that then a Butterfinger candy bar would cure all. LOL

@Dainbramadge Doctors are motivated by making money. Seems they have forgotten this and their oath of “first do no harm”.

@cherokeepatti I don't have any type of diet plan. I am not a very healthy person. But I can definitely see where this is where the difference could be made.
You are what you eat. I am a Butterfinger candy bar. Also a diabetic. Also overweight. Also high blood pressure.
I keep saying I'm going to go on a soybean spinach diet.
I should document it and actually follow through and see what the results would be.

Natural buffered Vitamin C with Bioflavoids, Quercetin with Bromelain (good for asthma), and a good quality low mercury Fish oil capsule every day. I think these especially Vitamin C can be beneficial for blood pressure, anything that is diuretic helps to get the water off and that reduces blood pressure.

@cherokeepatti I'll look into that I'd really love to find something that would help more

Ooh don't forget to take them today. I take Claritin on a daily basis, even if I don't need it. That helps a lot.

@TheLordOfHell I take Zyrtec everyday and it does help but I wish I didn't have to take a pill every day for allergies
