So I forgot to take my meds yesterday which I know is bad especially my blood pressure meds missing that is a big no no

But it's missing my allergy med that has me all kinds of messed up today. I swear my allergies have gotten way worse as I get older. What if anything have you guys done to help that? I hate it so much

Ooh don't forget to take them today. I take Claritin on a daily basis, even if I don't need it. That helps a lot.

@SpaceJesus I take Zyrtec everyday and it does help but I wish I didn't have to take a pill every day for allergies
