It has never happened to me but I think it's very possible to fall in love with someone virtually but you just need to be certain the person is really who they say they are

I think that's impossible. You can feel lust or friendship but love? No, physical touch and, sight and smell are all part of that.

How can you form a strong bond w/o never being with them in person doing things together, getting to know their habits, body language, plus how they react if something happens, do they anger easily over nothing or are they a calm centered person. Online chat is only a small part of a person's personailty. Id have to see more in person to fall in love.

it is entirely possible to enjoy and greatly care for a person on a deep emotional level while still understanding that it is going to stay entirely where it is. At least for me it has worked out this way. I could go on but I'll leave it at that.

Oddly, the only person who I know of that is willing to consider getting married to me was someone from EP…who I have never actually met.
