Is it weird for a woman to keep her last name after she's married?

No, whatever feels comfortable.

I changed mine, I’m divorced and still using the same name, I can’t be bothered with the whole name change thing.

It is weird that women were supposed to take their husband's name.

There hasn't been anything weird about it at least since I got married and my wife kept her last name, which was over 30 years ago.

Not in my book. When I married my late husband, I did not change my name. My husband did not mind, but my mother did!
